A 50% retainer is required to hold the session within 72 hours of booking. The remainder will be due at the end of the photo session before both parties depart.
Images are edited at the photographer’s discretion, and delivered images may not include all shots. The photographer reserves the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed credible as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards.
Permitted uses of Images. The photographer grants the client a non-exclusive license for personal use, including social media, prints, scrapbooks, etc.
Not permitted uses of images. The client agrees that any modifications or alterations applied to any photos are prohibited. Photos are a representation of the photographer’s work. Changes or alterations will not be permitted and include but not limited to:
Applying filters or
Altering colors, etc
Any Images produced or created from your photo session are solely owned by the photographer and may be used in the reasonable course of the photographer’s business, such as on their website portfolio, social media, etc.
